Date syrup production line with extraction tanks and vacuum evaporator

Turn surplus dates into high-value syrup — a complete line from washing to filling

Low-temperature vacuum concentration gives you a syrup of consistent body that keeps its nutritional value — no scorching, no drift between batches.

What this line gives your factory

Income from dates that sold cheapest

Lower grades and seasonal surplus go in and come out as a higher-margin product, instead of being cleared at bulk prices.

The same concentration every batch

Automated processing holds the same target concentration each run, so your product's taste and body stay put in the market.

Nutritional value preserved

Vacuum evaporation works at low temperature, concentrating the syrup without burning its sugars or darkening it.

How the line works

Washing, then thermal softening and crushing or pitting, then hot-water extraction, then filtration and clarification, then concentration in a vacuum evaporator at the low temperature that protects nutritional value, then pasteurisation and filling. The practical concentration range for Saudi date syrup is around 74–78 Brix, documented in a peer-reviewed 2025 study on Khalas syrup.

What you can configure

We build it around your factory — not a fixed model you take as it comes.

  • Capacity: typically 100 to 500 kg/hour, with models spanning 100 to 2000 kg.
  • Heat source: steam or electric — chosen to suit the infrastructure you already have.
  • Entry point: the line can start from raw dates or from paste you already produce.
  • Extraction tanks: the number is set by your target capacity and run cycle.
  • Cleaning and filtration: CIP for in-place cleaning, and high-grade filtration ahead of concentration.
  • Filling: a filling unit for glass, plastic or metal containers.

Frequently asked questions

Steam or electric heating?
It depends on your plant. If you already run a steam boiler, steam is cheaper to operate; if you do not, electric saves you building a whole system.
Can the line run straight from paste?
Yes — you can feed finished paste instead of raw dates, and we drop the washing and pitting stages from the configuration.
Is CIP available?
It is an option, and we recommend it if the line runs back-to-back shifts, since it cuts cleaning time between batches.
Will it work on our factory's power?
We review your site specification and confirm 380V / 60Hz compatibility before you order.

How much should your line handle?

Tell us the volume of dates you have and the heat source in your plant, and we will specify the line.
