Uniform paste opens new buyers
Bakeries and confectioners will not buy paste whose texture moves. Consistency is what turns you from a date seller into a raw-material supplier.
You choose the texture — soft, medium or firm — and it comes out to the same specification every batch, looking like something a bakery will buy.

The line is connected from humidifying through to wrapping, so a small team runs production instead of rows of hand labour.
The steam tunnel sterilises the fruit before milling and vacuum wrapping protects the paste after — a longer shelf life with no additives.
Steam tunnels humidify and sterilise, then pitting removes stones with minimal waste, then milling by single or twin screw, then kneading to a uniform body with the texture set where you want it — soft, medium or firm — then cooling, then extrusion into blocks or portions, then wrapping, usually under vacuum, with a metal detector before packing so nothing foreign leaves the line.
