Date pitting machine with die belt and needles inside a date factory

Pit at machine speed with the fruit still whole — ready for stuffing and paste

The die is chosen to your fruit's diameter, and the closer that match, the more flesh stays intact — which is the difference between stuffable dates and broken ones.

What this machine gives you

Major labour saving

One worker runs 3–4 machines, where hand pitting swallows a whole row of seasonal labour.

Less waste, intact flesh

98–99% of flesh stays intact with the right die, so you are not losing fruit that tore during pitting.

Ready for whatever comes next

The flesh goes straight on to stuffing, paste or slicing with no intermediate step.

How it works

A die belt lifts each date to a needle that pushes the stone out, row after row, and flesh and stones separate into two outlets. The die is selected to the diameter of your fruit, and the closer the match, the more intact the flesh and the better it looks — which is what makes the output usable for stuffed date producers.

What you can configure

We build it around your factory — not a fixed model you take as it comes.

  • Dies and chains: interchangeable, with common diameter ranges of 10–34 or 15–45 mm.
  • Rows per stroke: the number of rows and dates per stroke — 16 per stroke, for example.
  • Speed: adjustable to the variety and condition of the fruit.
  • Whole-fruit design: dedicated models that keep the date whole for stuffed date producers.
  • Wear parts: replaceable needles and bushings, which we stock locally.
  • Integration: automatic feeding and a direct link to the rest of your line.

Frequently asked questions

Does it suit both soft and firm dates?
Yes — the difference is choosing the die that matches the fruit's diameter and condition, which is why we ask for your varieties first.
When do the needles need replacing?
When the puncture quality drops or the flesh starts tearing. Needles are a normal wear part and we supply them locally.
Does it keep the fruit whole for stuffing?
Yes, on the models built for it — and those are what we recommend if stuffed dates are your main product.
Will it work on our factory's power?
We review your site specification and confirm 380V / 60Hz compatibility before you order.

What is your fruit diameter and hourly need?

Send us the variety, average diameter and daily volume, and we will match the die and model.
